This is a unisez product. Start by applying shampoo on wet hair. Massage well into scalp and hair. Rinse well and repeat if you feel you need a second shampoo. Next apply conditioner onto damp hair. Try to squeeze some water out of hair prior to applying conditioner or it will not be absorbed Leave on hair for 3 minutes and rinse well.
